Stefane Rosa, born and raised in Brazil, started her career 14 years ago at Ogilvy Brasil, working for accounts such as Unilever, Hellmann’s, and Dove. After four years, she joined Ogilvy’s sister agency DAVID to lead the global Coke Olympics project, and later the award-winning campaign “This Coke is a Fanta.”
In 2018, she was transferred to DAVID Miami as the group account director for their most high-profile accounts, including Burger King, Budweiser, and Coca-Cola. This role involved delivering attention-grabbing campaigns, such as Burger King's "Moldy Whopper," the Super Bowl campaign “Eat like Andy,” “BK BOT," Coca-Cola's "Try Not to Hear This," and “Be Santa,” the global Christmas Coca-Cola campaign that aired in over 27 countries.
She was also behind Budweiser’s "One Team" campaign to transform empty stadiums into blood-drive venues at the start of the pandemic, and, more recently, behind the non-Super Bowl ad “Bigger Picture,” also for Budweiser. WPP recognized her as a member of the 2019 “Class of 30 Under 30,” a development program for women leaders. In 2020, Stefane was nominated as one of the “40 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue” by Business Insider.
Moving to NYC to work at Droga5, Stefane led accounts such as Hershey's, Paramount+ (including the Super Bowl spot), and Petco and served as a leader for new businesses. This period at the agency highlighted her intrinsic leadership skills while deeply connecting with Droga5's DNA, which brought her an invitation to open the Droga5 São Paulo office. For two years, she held the role of General Manager, where she was responsible for structuring, launching, and leading the office, infusing the Droga5 DNA, culture, and ways of working into Brazil.
After those transformative two years, Stefane is back at Droga5 NYC, stepping into her new role as Executive Group Account Director, ready to continue her impactful journey in advertising.
